SOLO "Skill Specifics" training gives athletes the opportunity to work one on one with a CrossFit coach, and focus on on a specific movement or series of movements outside of regular class time. Skills include gymnastics, weightlifting, and/or mobility. Sessions are 30; 45; and 60 minutes. You pick the skill and the length of time.

SOLO "One Fit" personal training is available to schedule with trainer.
Small group training sessions are also available to schedule with trainer on a weekly/monthly basis.
Available for 30-45-60 minute sessions.
